Baystate Health, a Truven® Award–winning healthcare system and home of the University of Massachusetts Medical School-Baystate Health, is seeking a Pulmonary-Critical Care Specialist to join Baystate Health’s Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Baystate Medical Center and Baystate Wing Hospital in western, MA.

This opportunity features:

               

  • Working in an enclosed environment with clinicians and clinical researchers of national and international recognition. Baystate Health is nationally recognized for clinical research and ongoing participation in the NIH sponsored ARDS clinical research network.

  • Combination of clinical care and resident and medical student teaching. We offer an ACGME accredited two-year Critical Care Fellowship Program at Baystate Medical Center, regional campus of the University of Massachusetts Medical School.  

  • Collaboration with leaders between Baystate Medical Center and Baystate Wing Hospital to provide state of the art evaluation and treatment of patients and use of new technology including telemedicine.

  • An exclusive referral network at Baystate Wing, a highly performing community hospital affiliated with Baystate Health.

    Baystate Medical Center (BMC) is a 716-bed independent academic medical center and a training site for the University of Massachusetts Medical School – Baystate and home to the state’s second-busiest emergency department and the region’s only Level 1 trauma center.
